Yesterday, LA didn’t even have one NFL team, today they have one – maybe even two – teams calling it “home.”
According to ESPN, the NFL owners are allowing the St Louis Rams to move back to L.A. next to season after a 30-2 vote.
L.A. was the home of the Rams and the Raiders in the 80’s, but they both left after the 94 season. The Raiders could also be making their way back to L.A. if the San Diego Chargers turn down the offer to join the Rams. If they do, the Raiders will be invited to take their place. The city is building a $2 billion stadium for the teams to share that will be ready in 2019!
In the meantime, whatever teams coming to Los Angeles will probably play where USC plays.
